Each piece is handmade using sparkling glass crystal beads and carefully selected materials. Due to the handmade nature of these, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.

Packaging

All jewelry arrives carefully packaged and ready for gifting or treating yourself. 

Processing & Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 business days through USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. Please double-check your shipping address before completing check-out. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, I want you to love your piece. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll be happy to discuss the details and find the best solution possible.
